How to: Sunday Wings

Footballlll! Every Sunday consists of sitting around the T.V, plopping my fat self on the couch, and eating some sort of food. Buffalo wings are the pride and joy of this American Tradition. I know raw chicken is a nasty sight but I have presented a picture how to on: Making buffalo wings

Bell and Evans chicken is always a go to brand for chicken. Trust worthy, and organic, because hormone chicken is a thing of the past. Not healthy.

Lightly season the chicken, and then dip the chicken in seasoned flour to infuse the chicken with flavor. Salt, Pepper, onion powder, garlic powder

We are getting close. Now we fry the chicken in canola oil on both sides. It has to be cooked till they brown on both sides

In order to properly cook the chicken, and make it crispy you have to heat the oven to 350F. Cook for 15 minutes, till they brown perfectly.

Add the buffalo sauce, mix to perfection, and enjoy the wings you have made. I know I will. Because let me tell you something, they are amazing. End of story.
